How to return an order and how refunds are processed, including your statutory cancellation rights.
Your right to cancel
Under UK consumer law you may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To cancel, email support@gummybeast.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
Return window
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened food supplements cannot be resold and may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
How to return an item
Email support@gummybeast.com to start a return. We will confirm the return address (Gummy Beast Returns, Unit 7, Meridian Park, Coventry CV3 4GH, United Kingdom) and next steps.
Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Guarantee terms: if you are not happy with your first pack, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund that order.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@gummybeast.com with a photo and your order number and we will replace or refund it.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time before the next renewal date from your account page or by emailing support, with no cancellation fee.
